The Office of the Registrar assists current students, alumni, parents, faculty members, and University staff with a wide variety of needs.

Our Mission

The Office of the Registrar believes that the student is the heart of the educational enterprise and is deeply committed to providing our students, staff and faculty with the best possible service in support of the teaching and learning missions of the University. We affirm our commitment to enhancing student-centered academic and administrative processes that foster high satisfaction among our students, staff and faculty.

Core Services

The Office of the Registrar has University-wide responsibility for student academic records and related processes for the ; ; ; and the .  The handles its own registration and records.

Our primary services include:

  • Registration, add/drop, withdrawal
  • Tracking degree progress (degree audit)
  • Grade reporting
  • Academic transcripts
  • Enrollment and/or degree verification
  • Academic calendar
  • Graduation and diplomas
  • Schedule building
  • Student academic records maintenance
  • Name and address changes
  • VA academic support
